The Bacon Jams Three-Way Burger Sliders October 30 2013


  • 4 oz The Bacon Jams All Original
  • 4 oz The Bacon Jams Black Pepper
  • 4 oz The Bacon Jams Red Chile & Garlic
  • 36 oz ground beef
  • 4 slices Gouda cheese
  • 4 slices jalapeño cheddar
  • 4 oz crumbled blue cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 12 small brioche buns


Salt and pepper your ground beef in a mixing bowl. Form the beef into 12 3-oz patties. Brown the burgers in a sauté pan on high heat until they are brown on booth sides but still one temperature lower than your desired burger temperature (eating raw or under cooked meats can be dangerous to your health). Place the burgers on a baking drip pan and top each burger with 1 oz of The Bacon Jams, keeping the varieties separate. Add one slice of cheese to each burger with the following pairing: All Original with blue cheese, Red Chile & Garlic with jalapeño cheddar, and Black Pepper with Gouda. Broil in the oven on low until until cheese is gooey and The Bacon Jams are melting. Toast the buns in the oven at the same time, being careful not to burn them. Assemble burgers and enjoy the assortment!
