The King’s Bacon Jam Bananaza January 06 2014
This sandwich is for those who seek the tasty truth that comes on the rare occasions when desperate hunger crosses paths with glimmers of gluttony.
- Two thick slices of sourdough bread
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 oz Peanut Butter
- 1 Banana
- 3 oz The Bacon Jams All Original Spreadable Bacon
Spread the peanut butter on one slice of bread and The Bacon Jams All Original Spreadable Bacon on the other slice. Put the butter in a skillet and set on medium heat. Once the butter is melted place your bread in the skillet to toast. Bisect your banana long ways after peeling it. Then, cut the two halves into even pieces long enough to span one slice of bread. When the slices are golden brown remove from heat. Place the banana pieces on the peanut but side of the sandwich and top with the Bacon Jam side of toast. Cut diagonally, plate, and get ready to rush in. I like to serve this with Jalapeno kettle cooked chips.
