Bacon Jam Roasted Garlic Wings Recipe December 12 2013, 1 Comment
This has to be one of my favorite recipes, because it has the 3 key features simple, delicious, and glutenous!
- 3 lb chicken wings
- 2 tbs vegetable oil
- 4 oz The Bacon Jams Red Chile and Garlic Bacon Jam
Spicy Option - Sriracha or your favorite not too vinegary hot sauce
PreparationPreheat oven to 400. Toss the wings in a mixing bowl with the oil. Set the bowl aside for later. Bake the wings on a baking sheet in the oven for 30 minutes or until wings begin to crisp. Pull the wings out and toss in the mixing bowl with The Bacon Jams Red Chile and Garlic Bacon Spread ( and your optional hot sauce) and return to the oven for 15 minutes or until the sauce begins to caramelize. Remove from oven, serve hot, and be a game day hero.
